The duck breast was cooked to perfection, beautifully pink, and the gratin dauphinois was as good as you'd find in a top-tier restaurant. As for the pork shank—it was meltingly tender and bursting with flavor. We're already planning to come back tonight! After two months of traveling through Asia, this was such a refreshing change from all the curries and rice dishes. Thank you for this wonderful culinary moment! We couldn't be more grateful.
